Refund Policy for Pixora3D

Effective Date: May 8, 2026

At Pixora3D, we strive to provide high-quality 3D rendering, visualization, and digital design services. Due to the custom and digital nature of our work, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be granted.


1. Digital Service Nature

All services provided by Pixora3D are digital and custom-made according to the client’s specifications. Once work has started or files have been delivered, the service is considered partially or fully consumed.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made accidentally
  • Order canceled before work has started
  • Inability to deliver the agreed service due to our fault

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Completed or delivered projects
  • Change of mind after work has started
  • Delays caused by missing client materials or communication
  • Minor differences in artistic interpretation or design preferences
  • Services already approved by the client during the revision process

4. Revisions

Client satisfaction is important to us. Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the project agreement.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may require extra charges.


5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before production begins. Once project work, modeling, rendering, or editing has started, cancellation requests may only qualify for a partial refund depending on the amount of completed work.


6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, we encourage clients to contact us directly so we can attempt to resolve the issue professionally.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in refusal of future services.


7. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
