Pixora3D provides digital 3D visualization, rendering, CGI, modeling, animation, and related creative services.

All services are subject to project scope, availability, timelines, and mutual agreement between the client and Pixora3D.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate project information
Submit required materials on time
Maintain lawful use of our services
Avoid submitting copyrighted or illegal content without authorization

The client is responsible for ensuring they own or have permission to use all submitted files, logos, images, and materials.

4. Payments

All prices are communicated before project confirmation.

Payments may be required:

Fully upfront
In milestones
Or according to a custom agreement

Failure to complete payment may result in project suspension or cancellation.

5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the project agreement.

Additional revisions, major scope changes, or repeated modifications outside the original agreement may incur additional fees.

6. Delivery & Timelines

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on:

Project complexity
Revision requests
Client response times
Technical issues or unforeseen circumstances

Pixora3D is not responsible for delays caused by missing client materials or delayed approvals.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Pixora3D retains ownership of drafts, previews, and source files
Final delivered content usage rights are granted after full payment

Pixora3D may display completed projects in its portfolio, social media, or promotional materials unless confidentiality is agreed upon beforehand.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use our services for unlawful purposes
Resell or redistribute our work without authorization
Attempt to damage or disrupt the website or services
Use our content in misleading, fraudulent, or harmful ways

9. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.

Due to the custom digital nature of our services, completed or partially completed projects may not qualify for refunds.
